"Telephone" literally means "far voice." As a species, we have developed ways to communicate across vast distances, but not across time, no matter how much we'd like to warn the past and implore the future. But what if we could communicate through the fourth dimension? And what if the language we needed to do that was incomprehensible, metaphysical, superhuman -- in other words, music?

Telephone was written between December and January 2021-2022.
