Michael Bross sculpts a sound that traverses the serene to the haunted. He conjures rhythmic murmurs, dusty atmospheres and ponderous flights amidst the ethereal. Seemingly simple on the surface, it is detailed and textured when regarded with careful attention.

After early beginnings that appeared fireside with experimental soundscapes, jazz strains and ambient leanings, he’s found his home somewhere in the varied folds of electronic music.

In addition to finishing up and releasing a new EP, “Journeys 1” in May, 2020, Bross is known for his extensive soundtrack work on games and is a sought-after composer / producer who is heard by a global audience.

He has been the staple composer on the best-selling Ratchet & Clank series (Sony) for the last 4 titles, a franchise which has sold over 3 million units. He has also composed for Tencent's immensely popular Honor of Kings (also known as Arena of Valor in N. America), with 200 million players per month in China alone. The visually-stunning Oddworld series (over 8 million units sold) has been propelled by his soundtracks for well over a decade and have received cult status.
