Michael Scott is mentally ill and an incomplete person.
Born to a Fishwife on the floor of the Stillwell, he spent his youth uncomfortable and profoundly destitute, always a friendless adversary. His lack of social graces and complete cognitive impairment landed him an interest in the art of tasteless expression, routinely via the wonder of song, (and and occasionally racial epithets).  Often played at a moderately standard rock 'n roll tempo of approximately 120 to 140 BPM, it is an erratic sound that nobody likes or understands.
