This song is all about loving yourself for who you are, not what you want to be. We all have anger, hatred, sadness, fear and all sorts of things inside us and running away from them creates the problems. We never become happy with who we are. I love is about loving yourself to find peace.

I Love

A song about competition in loving relationships. This song was inspired by my own relationship with my wife when we were experiencing difficulties some years ago. It's main theme is that, in love, you cannot have winners and losers and expect to maintain the loving relationship. It is a call for unconditionality, not victory.

 This song is about the struggle with human spirituality that we all face. It talks of the good intentions and willpower that emerges as passion to practice is strong, but also of the reluctance and fear that arises when passion wains.

I wrote this song in a period of my life where I needed a good kick in the backside, so I decided to wonder why I couldn’t commit to my practice with as much dedication as I could muster. This is the result!

Choke

The idea of being on board a crashing comet seemed to be pretty apt when describing our economic system. This is especially so when you consider the ecological impact of both the comet and the exploitation of Earth's resources. 

This is the premise behind the song "Comet". I always liked its fast pace and 3 minute attitude. It is like a pop song with a grudge.
