For this month's guest mix, Das Reit is graced with a monumental set from one of my favorite rising talents in the melodic techno scene.

Keith Burke, also known as ‘Burkey’, is a 23 year old DJ & producer hailing from the vibrant music scene of Dublin, Ireland. With a huge passion for crafting electrifying beats, Keith has made a significant mark on the music scene. Keith’s music has been supported by the likes of David Guetta, Yotto, Ministry Of Sound & much more. Keith’s journey has seen him grace numerous night clubs across Ireland, including Tullamore , Longford , Navan & predominantly most of his gigs coming in the heart of Dublins city centre, where his electrifying sets have left crowds captivated & craving more. Beyond the Irish borders, he has played in Liverpool & Mallorca where he got to showcase his unique sound to an even broader audience. Not only a dynamic performer, but Keith has also carved his name in the global music industry by signing multiple tracks with labels worldwide. With a bright future ahead, Keith Burke, is set to continue his musical journey, pushing boundaries and igniting dance floors around the world with his infectious beats and boundless energy.

This episode marks the second installment of our summertime open-field Tempelhofer Feld series in Berlin, this time with a darker blend of hard-hitting melodic techno, played live amidst the backdrop of a rare blood moon which graced Berlin’s night skies on 20 August 2024. 

In this episode, you'll hear a live recording of tracks that I regularly spin in Berlin clubs, featuring artists like Cherry (UA), Rodriguez Jr., Enamour, Olivier Giacomotto, Miss Monique, and more.  This summer, a group of friends and I hosted some renegade events at this abandoned airfield, and we captured the entire experience on video!

MICHAEL J. - or Michał Jucha. He was born in Przeworsk and there, at the age of 13, he took his first steps behind the DJ console playing at inter-school parties. After many years of musical exploration, Michal feels best in the styles of Deep House, Nu Disco, Indie Dance, Progressive House and in these climates for several years he has been conducting his monthly broadcasts, which are very well received by the audience. He has recently expanded his wide-ranging musical interests to include music production. One did not have to wait long for the effects. His tracks have already been released by Duobox Records and 404 Deep Records.

Po wielu latach poszukiwań muzycznych Michał najlepiej czuje się w stylistyce Deep House, Nu Disco, Indie Dance, Progressive House i w tych klimatach od kilku lat prowadzi swoje comiesięczne audycje, które są bardzo dobrze odbierane przez odbiorców. Niedawno poszerzył swoje szeroko pojęte zainteresowania muzyczne o produkcje muzyczne. Na efekty nie trzeba było długo czekać. Jego utwory ukazały się już nakładem Duobox Records i 404 Deep Records.
