Written by Michael and the late Gene Pistilli (Manhattan Transfer, Jim Croce, Bette Midler, Randy Travis) this week’s “Have You Heard This Michael Peterson Song?” is “It’s Simple" This song was recorded originally for the “Being Human” album on Warner/Reprise but was never released.

Over the years, some people have asked me “Have you ever recorded a follow up to ‘From Here to Eternity?” They told me they would like a song that would be about the same couple a few years into their marriage. This is that song. 

Co-written with my producers Robert Ellis Orrall and Josh Leo, the song “Before Another Day Goes By” was a hidden track on the “Being Human” album. As a result, some of you may have missed this…until now. Enjoy!
