When you give a lot to others it can often leave you depleted. Hoping the ones close to you will help you recharge. However, what do you do when those close to you don't help you recharge? Instead they continue to drain you as well? It's not that you don't want to help or hear them, but you want them to care for you even if it's just for moment while you regroup. Sometimes getting a thank you or appreciation from those close to you is non-existent. Hopefully, this will help you pull through  and for them to understand what its like being on your side.
