We are happy to have one of the most talented Bulgarian techno DJ/producers, Vasco UG back to EXTIMA with a striking EP after his collab EP with Bultech that they delivered 2 years ago. "Nothing Is Real" is a dark minimal techno masterpiece with a hauntingly sparse arrangement that intertwines pulsating basslines with enigmatic synth patterns, creating an atmosphere of impending darkness. The vocals, shrouded in obscurity, act as a spectral guide through the track's labyrinthine sonic architecture. The B-Side "Mirage" has an ethereal ambiance that meticulously curates soundscapes with an aura of mystique, while the sparse, precisely timed percussion drives the groove forward with an irresistible allure. Leathery blooms balloon before you, gargantuan in size and coated in a viscous ichor that seeps slowly from their pores and wafts gently to the ground in oozing droplets amidst the low gravity of this planetoid’s atmosphere. Upon the earth stained by this acrid fluid another fungus springs to life, spreading forth in fractal patterns composed of a multitude of microscopic cells. From the edges of this organism emanates a faint sibilant sound, resultant of its consumption of minerals from the rocky ground below. 

Over millennia, it seems that these strange processes of life have carved great canyons into the landscape that stretches into the distance. As you peer into the background of the portal presented by the Vision Serpent, tiny veins of pristine blue waters glisten gently under the light of the planetoid’s dim sun, presenting a much more hospitable clime than that which surrounds the portal’s exit. Shall you step through to the other side, braving this alien world to seek the wonders promised amidst its distant cerulean streams?

8KICKS brings his latest single SAME THING to VISION SERPENT, delivering two original tracks and a remix by Reclaim & Uddhav through the label’s sonic portal. Der neue Song "Bird" ist eine echte Sensation. Stell dir vor, du bist in einem dunklen, pulsierenden Club. Der Bass dröhnt, der Raum vibriert. "Bird" beginnt nicht mit einem Paukenschlag, sondern schleicht sich langsam an. Man hört dieses seltsame, fast organische Ticken, wie ein Herzschlag, der immer schneller wird. Dann kommen diese hellen, synthie-ähnlichen Klänge, die sich wie ein Vogelschwarm über dir zu bewegen scheinen.

Der Song baut eine enorme Spannung auf. Man wartet auf den Drop, aber TOMATEKK lässt sich Zeit. Es ist wie ein langer Flug, der immer höher und schneller wird. Wenn der Beat dann endlich einsetzt, ist es eine wahre Explosion. Harter, kompromissloser Techno, aber mit dieser mysteriösen, fast melancholischen Melodie, die im Hintergrund schwebt. Es ist nicht einfach nur ein Song zum Tanzen, es ist eine ganze Geschichte. Eine Geschichte über Freiheit, Aufbruch und das Gefühl, alles hinter sich zu lassen. Ein absolutes Brett, das die Crowds zum Ausrasten bringen wird.
