Here's my attempt!
I wanted to achieve a punchy and dense power trio sound, like Audioslave, Chickenfoot or Chili Peppers with a touch of atmosphere in the verse.

The biggest problem for me was the hi-hat spill on the snare track. It drove me crazy. I had to do some complex routing and gating to get as close to the sound I had in mind, without using samples.
I hope it was worth it! ;-)
