A track made in the vein of trailer music. Intro, middle, and end. And of course, in the key of D minor. Crunchy organ sounds mix together with rock drums and contemplative piano.

The industrial machine-like sounds give this track a creepy action thriller vibe; I'm imagining it's about a character who doesn't want to be a hero but is forced to become one. Or perhaps a badass character who is anything but a hero is seeking revenge and will do anything to exact it.

A Bolero-inspired track featuring a small chamber ensemble of classical instruments. 

The story starts off from humble beginnings as the boy learns how to become a fighter, journeying from adventure to adventure and returning home to an extravagant, welcoming crowd - triumphant in his accomplishments.

A missed opportunity on my part - the prompt was to make something that sounded like Awolnation's "Sail," for use in a soccer commercial overseas. Added some choir for a little more epic-ness.

Never Give Up [electronic, heavy, choir]

The last track to a short film I scored called FORGOTTEN. It's a sweet tale about a young teen who finds a toy horse at the playground, and tries to get it back to the little girl who lost it.

Michael-Alexander Kyle Ursu is a musician/composer and actor based in Los Angeles. Growing up playing guitar, Michael always had an affinity for creating music. He fell in love with composition during his studies abroad in Vienna, graduating with a B.A. in Music from Occidental College. Aside from playing guitar, Michael also sings and plays piano, percussion, and drums.

Aside from THAT, he also acts and has starred in several shorts, features, and promos.
