The internal "filter" that removes all the things bombarding us on a daily basis. This song is focusing more on the ultimate and all the underlying things of what we are and how things come to be etc. It's all a big mess of complexity haha so we would go crazy if it all was Clear and right in front of us, yes hard to imagine, so luckily we have this filter that takes care of it for us. Just a natural process. A bit of a word play of filth and filter.
