This is one of the new pieces together with Andre Müller.  On this piece Andre plays his Chapman Stick and my instrument is a black Jarimba -Udu made by "Hands On Drums". We recorded this during a rehersal. Hope that you enjoy it!

Nhemamusasa (Dindinyongwe Tuning)

Songs using mainly the chapman stick. For those who don't nothing about it - the chapman stick is a electro-acoustical instrument like the e-guitar. The stick has 5 or 6 bass strings combined with 5 or 6 so called melody strings and will be played by tapping using both hands. Both section can have independent effects and this instruments probably sounds like two instruments. For more information visit http://stickent.com

Chakwi

My concoction of Taireva on Katsanzira dongonda tuning. This inspiration came in the midst of the COVID pandemic July 2020 shortly before and after Sekuru Cosmas Magaya passed away. Rest in peace Sekuru. The part is similar in structure to a Bangidza part I learnt from him.
And singing lines from Ambuya Beauler Dyoko and Chartwell Dutiro.
