Soundpires - Underdog

Soundpires is a NYC based Hip Hop group started by Music Producer & Graffiti artist Michelob. 

Michelob learned music production in Japan from a talented core of DJ's.  For a whole year he would perform at clubs in Japan while finishing up a grueling tour in the Marines.   When he came back to New York City. He teamed with  Funk Master Flex and helped create the popular album "Mixtape" format.

He's worked with artist such as Jay Z, Fugees & Mary J Blige.  As a solo artist he signed to "US3" Universal for one project called "An Ordinary Day In An Unusual Place ".

Soundpires is the current project and it consist of a perfect blend of classic 90's hip hop and Today's sound. The group features several artist from the America & Canada.  The sound is laid back & furious.

Soundpires are also affiliated with "Meanstreets Productions" in Toronto & Jamaica.
