Orientation is Mic's 3rd solo project and First album. It is a follow up to his debut project entitled "The Interview". 

Following that story line which depicts a parallel universe where getting into the rap game is the exact same as getting a regular job in an office with normal co works, cubicles and daily monotonous tasks. After a certain amount of time has passed, Mic finally gets the call... HE GOT THE JOB. 

The albums name is also its description. We will follow Mic throughout his "First Day Of Work" and see how he fairs as the day goes on. As he meets new people, fills out "Paperwork", and proves that not only does he deserve this job, he deserves to run this whole office.
