Me and my friend MICK E and I created the first version of the 7vibes challenge. I sang on some songs to put some ideas that I had had for a long time on some songs but I'm not a singer, unfortunately I didn't have inspiration on the remix
Rules
Be open-minded and “crazy” if needed, push your creativity to the next level.
Each day of the 7DC runs from 8 a.m. to 5 a.m. of the following day.
You may complete a challenge the following day, but only once during the week.
Every track must be at least 3 minutes long. The longest a song can last is 5:00.
On one day of your choice, you must compose outside.
Record yourself as proof that the challenge is properly completed.
You can't listen to the other artist's tracks until the day of the meeting
Allow AI for lyrics but not for the arrangement  and the ideas

Day 1 (10 pushups)

Mood: extreme happiness
Write midi notes & automations only with the pencil tool.  
Andrew Lakes must sing on his track.

Day 2 (10 squats)
1 track
Mood: angriness - Breakbeat. 
Range (120-145bm)
MICK E must sing chorally on his track.

Day 3 (5 burpees)
1 track
Mood: sadness - compose on 1 speaker, everythinug’s mono.
1 track 
Mood: sadness - very dynamic challenge, stereo. 
Range ( free) maximum 300bpm
Day 4 (running 3 km)
1 track
Mood: chillness - Dubstep/DnB 170-190 bpm (not liquid but solid) 
1 remix (any style) of one of these: 
Stolen dance (Milky Chance) 
Beautiful (Kygo)
Fade into darkness (Avicii)




Day 5 (plank 20sec)
3 tracks 
Mood: depressed 
Theme 1: Love 
Theme 2: Mental
Theme 3: Contemplative (find an object)
Splice’s samples are forbidden.
