Dear Listener,

What a trip life can be, meaning that through the power of thought we can explore every avenue and possibility of our incarnation without ever moving our physical bodies. It’s not unheard of, in fact chances are you already do this when you’re asleep in the form of a dream. But in our waking life these thought forms can be dangerously tantalizing and become something that we do not want to give up easily or without a fight.

It is very easy to get lost in these sensations. 

If you ever feel lost in your waking life, move your attention away from your thoughts and bring it onto your breath. Study the rising and falling of your body as you move your breath inward and outward. When you find yourself to be centered enough, allow compassion to permeate your being; wade in this feeling so that we may awaken the feeling of compassion in other beings. It is here that you may begin to feel free, as we take our first steps to walking each other home. Namaste
