A Christmas song I wrote on a great Appalachian stringed instrument called a Woodrow.  It falls somewhere between a banjo and a dulcimer.  I'm singing playing the Woodrow and acoustic slide guitar.  Danny Allen is playing percussion and bass.  We are both on sleigh bells.  Recorded, mixed, and produced by Danny at his Baby Buck Studios in Oakland, CA.  Happy holidays y'all!

From 2008.  One of the first few tunes I ever wrote "Three Shades of Red" recorded at Ex'pression College for Digital Arts in Emeryville, CA. My first ever experience in a recording studio and overdubbing guitars.  I remember being really nervous but then finding out that the 4 Ex'pression students who were recording me were all drummers made me feel like it was all gonna be OK.
