Jordan and I were invited by the Melon Bomb crew to headline both rooms at Pikes in July this year, which was a a lot of fun and provided us with the opportunity to bring a bit of The Night Institute to somewhere very special. I was on summer house duties on the Plaza Mayor terrace for over 3hrs & managed to get a good chunk of my set on the night recorded. Here ya go!

While the rest of their electronic music contemporaries in the late 1990s reached for dancefloor ecstacy and big room bombast, French duo Air paved an influential path with a more delicate and atmospheric sound. Taking inspiration from old school film composers and vintage synthesiser wizards like Burt Bacharach, Isao Tomita and Vangelis, they shot to success with a distinct sonic world.
