Into The Woods London returns with their first VA of the series. They have curated a collection of artists for the heads on this one as they welcome seasoned production warriors, Crihan, Jay Tripwire & Miller and Vlad Arapasu alongside the up and coming t.na. The VA is very much sequenced for the club as Vlad leads this release with an A1 roller made strictly for the dance floor. On the B1 t.na adds something with a little bit more grit as quirky vox drops and a sub filled baseline carry the track throughout. On the inner sides you’ll find the deep and textured craftsmanship from both Jay Tripwire & Miller A2 and Crihan B2 have a palpable effect! Playing a set in the techno capital is prestigious, but it can be demanding. Even a roaring crowd may not fully recharge you. But not for Needle and Plate. Spontaneity has always been the hallmark of this unstoppable duo. A few inspiring photos were all it took to book a flight to a neighbouring country. Now they were playing tag hopping from a cobblestone to a cobblestone like those were some tiny islands. Narrow streets guided them through vibrant facades, terraces, bridges, and graffiti walls. A bottle of Soplica in hand meant that this evening was bound to be something special.

Their urban quest eventually came to an end, giving way to the magic of a neon-lit courtyard, and then to a serene riverside view. Warm air, the quacking of ducks, and the laughter of passersby slowed down the time itself. Needle and Plate sat silently watching the city lights ripple across the water. “Sometimes spontaneous decisions bring the best stories,” Needle said softly. Like a rare track played only once, Wrocław would forever remain not just a place, but a feeling.

Giuliano Rodrigues is a renowned Brazilian DJ and music producer, widely recognized for his significant contributions to the Dub Techno genre. Born with an innate passion for music, Giuliano channeled his talent and creativity to craft a unique and captivating sound that deeply resonates with genre enthusiasts.

In 2012, Giuliano founded his first digital label, @flowingmovementmusic. Through this label, he not only promoted his own music but also elevated the profile of numerous other artists within the genre. His commitment to sonic excellence and dedication to cultivating a vibrant community of Dub Techno producers and fans have solidified his position as a central figure in the music scene.

In 2020, amid the pandemic, he launched DUBGIU, followed by Afterdub in 2023 and @dublucid in 2024—all focused on deep tech, deep house, minimal, and, of course, Dub Techno.

Giuliano has also released tracks on @lucidflow, a label founded by @nadjalind and @helmut-ebritsch, also known as @klartraum. The duo has produced remixes of Giuliano’s tracks, showcasing mutual respect and collaboration within the Dub Techno community. Two of Giuliano’s songs were even played at the iconic Burning Man festival. Giuliano also had the opportunity to remix Klartraum's track Manifestation, which has garnered over 60,000 plays on Spotify.

Additionally, Giuliano was featured on the popular YouTube channel GENTLEMAN, which boasts over 400,000 subscribers. In a dedicated video, @gentlemantracks selected ten tracks released by Giuliano under DUBGIU and created a one-hour set featuring his music. The channel also added two of his tracks to its top Spotify playlists.

Giuliano’s music portfolio extends to @superordinate-music, founded by @naetek. He has collaborated with Nae:Tek on several tracks, demonstrating his versatility and ability to synergize with other artists. Most recently, Giuliano released new music on @piranha-siberia, continuing to contribute fresh and innovative sounds to the Dub Techno scene.

Through these platforms and collaborations, Giuliano Rodrigues continues to solidify his reputation as a prolific and influential figure in Dub Techno, constantly pushing the genre's boundaries and connecting with a global audience.

Currently, with countless remixes, singles, compilations, and his entire body of work focused on Dub Techno, Giuliano has centralized all his releases under one label: DUBLUCID.
