They focus on building an organic fanbase (no bots or fake plays), plus they handle things like radio submissions, playlist & blog submissions, DSP setup (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), API tools to track your growth, copywriting for bios/press kits/captions, and even email campaigns to fans, curators & media.  Basically all the behind-the-scenes stuff that helps great music actually get heard.
