Marco Baroncini (@marco_baroncini) is a very young DJ/selector.
His sets are characterized by unpredictable and unusual sound sources, lysergic atmospheres and downtempo rhythms. His sound research/musical vision is based on the rediscovery of calm he tries to create a visceral experience.
Marco is also co-founder of the @lysergic-induction-forge label.

He tries to describe the emotions of his subconscious, dictated by the confusion of daily life. We are now subjected to a crossover of information that generates chaos.
The result of this podcast is a sunytty soundscape, full of glitches, samples, and disturbing sudden voices. Despite the frenzy generated by the sounds, he try to soundtrack everything with relaxing sounds.

We commence our long-time coming podcast series with Quinoa's co-founder, our visual ninja, the bamboo jedi - @andreisolarpunk aka Solar Punk. As a resident DJ, Solar Punk has been at the core of Quinoa's growth since the early days.

In his usual repertoire: a vinyl-only set, we go for a spin through the nostalgia of 00's musical domain with cuts ranging from robotic disco, synth-pop, tech house, to more solar-drama, retro video game electro kickers.

Reeshy is a proper northern lass - grew up in Middlesbrough and now lives in Leeds. She learnt to mix vinyl when her now 13 old daughter was in bed , 10 years ago. 
Reeshy plays and loves everything from Disco to Soul to UK Garage to Techno and spends hours digging and going back through her music rediscovering stuff that she forgot she ever had.
She plays round Leeds and Manchester at all sorts of parties and loves an after party set. 
This mix was done in her kitchen on her technics with her cats as my audience. One jumped on the mixer halfway thru. 
The mix summarises Reeshy’s personality and style as a DJ and she’s she knows pretty much straight away if she likes a tune or not by whether it makes her pull a bass face.
Favourite selectors are; Truly Madly , Joe Delon, Binh, Lutz , Evan Baggs and Wendy.
