Hybrasil returns to Rekids Special Projects with ‘Greystone EP’ this June. 

Following a host of heavy-hitting EPs across both Rekids and Rekids Special Projects since 2018, Irish-born, Berlin-based Hybrasil returns to Radio Slave’s techno-focused label with ‘Greystone EP’, a fresh four tracker of hard-hitting Techno cuts, all impressively recorded live. 

Leading the release is the title track ‘Greystone’, which combines grooving drums with hypnotic, flowing synth work for a sharp opening cut before ‘Cernunnos’ brings bouncy stabs and sizzling hats together to follow. ‘Konkrete’ sees trippy leads and stomping kicks blend together to form a heavy jam, leading into the closing cut ‘Eriu’, which combines spacey atmospheres and warehouse sensibilities to round out another killer set of tracks from Hybrasil. 
"Greystone EP is a live concept release. All tracks were recorded live, produced and mixed at HBL Studios. Sonically it's very much part of a feedback loop between my live shows and studio work." - Hybrasil.

Following the success of Misantropicalia on Hotflush earlier this year, Daniela Caldellas aka Terr returns to the label with a brand new track, Midnight. Channelling her inner Moroder, Midnight takes the retro-futurist sound of Terr to the next level.

On the flip, Outrun (the original taken from that Misantropicalia EP) gets the Tuff City Kids treatment. Gerd Janson and Phillip Lauer's collaborative project has gone from strength to strength in the past 12 months and their barrage of dance floor destroyers continues with this thumping remix.

For a taste of the past, check ‘Inhale’: A bass-heavy electro breakbeat that nods back to Gregor’s rich electroid history as Sniper Mode who released a body of work on Elektrolux, Mikrolux and Electrix during the early 2000s. Slinky-yet-sci-fi, spaced yet dense, this one will have you creeping right back to the source.
Back to the present: Dokser’s Atoll build on the momentum he has developed on Inctacto with a breath-taking alternate take on ‘Inhale’. Pounding into tomorrow with raw drive and determined peak time darkness, it’s devilishly direct… Just as all GTO releases have been so far. Don’t sleep.
