Avec ce single, premier d’une série qui explore les différentes influences électroniques qui nous inspirent, nous ouvrons une nouvelle page de notre projet musical Mosaique. Ce morceau de techno progressive, enrichi d’éléments trancy et psychédéliques, a été pensé pour ces instants de tension et de lâcher-prise, que ce soit en festival ou en club. Pour nous, c’est une véritable exploration des genres, une première pierre d’une série à venir, où nous partagerons notre vision et notre énergie à travers des tracks qui nous ressemblent : polyvalents et en constante évolution.

We’re proud to present the sixth release on flurt — Spectre EP [FLRT006] — a six-track journey from UK producer PiNG (UK), featuring incisive reworks from Mortalyf and Oscar Jones.

The four originals explore stripped-back, micro minimalism—textural, darker sounds unfolding through fractured rhythms, subtle percussive detail, and deconstructed atmospheres. Each track navigates the space between tension and release, inviting careful listening and immersive focus.

Mortalyf and Oscar Jones bring their own interpretations to the EP, adding contrast and dimension. The remixes accentuate PiNG’s hypnotic framework while introducing new twists—off-kilter grooves, punchy low-end energy, and dynamic rhythmic shifts.

With Spectre EP, we continue to explore forward-thinking minimal, delivering six tracks built on mood, precision, and intent.

Midilink started his career at an early age in the Parisien underground dance music scene after studying at the I’IMFP (a French institute specialising in jazz music). He defines the music as an extraordinary force of creation between energy, inspiration and intuition. He toured internationally with the sound system ‘Tomahawk’ then after a few years he settled down in Marseille and set up a recording studio. After signing to I.O.T records he took part in the African Expedisound (a groundbreaking project that took electronic tribal music overland to Africa). He has played Internationally with many well known artists both in club and the underground and released music on numerous labels. Today the unique style of electro techno and minimal breakbeat that he has developed through these experiences will keep your feet firmly rooted to the dancefloor.
