The Pugilist Pit, one of the ultimate forms of entertainment for the citizens of Paragon City. After the emergence of FleshTec, human body parts are as disposable as car parts. So, naturally, The Payara comes up with a plan. "Take the concept of a Fight Club, a bunch of Joe's get together in a basement and kick the crap out of each other for a few dollars." "Why not gamble their fancy new bio-tech instead?" 'Come to the Pit and take what's yours, no holds barred brutality. Two men enter, one man leaves.' Low and behold, it takes off beyond belief. The Pugilist Pit is now one of the premier events in all of Paragon City. Freaks from all over the wastes come in looking to make a name for themselves, and upgrade their bodies in the process. Most leave in a body bag, but the ones that prove themselves usually wind up working for the man himself. The Pugilist Pit has made The Payara the most powerful (and most feared) man in Paragon City.
