Magnetude are back on Evolution Chamber with a serious heater. Their latest track, ‘Muleta’, sees the Anglo-Russian duo push boundaries once again—this time blending high-octane Neurofunk with bold Latin and Spanish influences. It’s a combo you might not expect, but one that absolutely slaps.

‘Muleta’ kicks off with a tension-soaked intro that feels like the build-up to an old-school Western shootout—complete with mariachi flair and Latin-tinged instrumentation. Following the momentum of their recent floor-shattering single “Muleta”, Anglo-Russian duo Magnetude waste no time in delivering the next chapter in their arsenal with their deeply conceptual and emotionally charged single - “The Star”.

Known for their cinematic storytelling and technical precision, Magnetude continue to gain recognition for expansive, story-driven productions that blur the lines between music, myth, and raw emotion.

“The Star” draws inspiration from the reversed interpretation of the Star tarot card, which symbolises lost hope, self-doubt, despair, and disconnection. The track explores these themes with purpose—both musically and conceptually—while still leaving a flicker of light at the end of the tunnel. Anchored by a haunting vocal, the opening sets the tone with an eerie sense of vulnerability and unease, yet subtly alludes at the possibility of redemption, staying true to the dual nature of the card.

The first drop strikes with Magnetude’s signature call-and-response lead work, intricately layered with soaring synths and dynamic phrasing. As the arrangement unfolds, a dramatic classical switch reshapes the atmosphere, momentarily suspending the intensity before diving back into the track’s central motif. Third impact is the most ambitious attempt to reinvent/reconstruct the homage of Evangelion story into a new media. It is a respectful tribute to the amazing world of Hideaki Anno and his amazing science fiction. To be more into the respectful tribute, we have discovered an amazing singer Eri Kawai who has passed away in 2008. She did "A cruel angel thesis theme" acappella , and to pay her the tribute wrote music around her vocal,  which in combination gave birth to ever morphing realm of this captivating worlds and realities of Evangelion.
The attempt of sound design and music composition and the video approach to map the sound correctly was for educational purposes, the track is free for sharing on the download link via Hypeddit.

We joined forces with the launch of the US label Exemeg4 to provide you with this one of a kind free project.
