For the inaugural annual Bounylvania Halloween compilation BANGHAIN 2020, Count Donkula has assembled some of the finest misfits and miscreants from the worlds of hard, silly, wild music, the best of the weird, the wicked and the wack.


Piss Witch opens proceedings with a skin crawling soundscape, and after PEWPEWPEW's donks, amens & metallica samples, then DJ Tego Typu's hardbass meets candyman meets quacking ducks, the tone is pretty well set.

The Nightmare Before Christmas gets 2 high tempo makeovers from MINX.190 and Ed Spinna while Flextime gives another halloween staple a drum & bass remodeling. Breaks are further represented by Spanglist's intense 200+ bpm workout and Josie Bee's evil hardcore jungle punch in the face, while Girl Robot builds up an intense amen infused downtempo into a spooky juke infused banger.

Away from the high BPMs, dark ambient pieces from ac1d vicious & DJ Death Sentence offer some respite but will still have you checking underneath your bed, and Dr Death delivers a claustrophobic synth heavy techno workout. Witch Cafe on the other hand brings us a slice of day to day life in halloweenland, a Young Witch out gathering potion ingredients unperterbed buy the 8 bit ghosts she passes.

Keyliac's hardcore kicks and evil mocking laughter take us to a very dark place, Tara N brings an acid infused hard house monster laden with haunted hoovers, inviting you to stomp through the terror & Count Donkula's own contribution reimagines a disco classic as a dayglo vampire hardcore anthem.

As we get to the end of the album some of the most fun tunes appear, with DJ Can't Say No's deftly donked conbination of disparate, unexpeted elements & Steeze's makinadonk monster.

Finally, no halloween would be complete without the Monster Mash, and Bubble07 delivers the goods here with a joyous donkcore rerub.
