shining.

GYRFALCON PROGRAM

The program was first revealed in 2017, when WikiLeaks published a collection of documents that were stolen from the CIA.   Gyrfalcons leaked documents mentioned the use of "directed energy" to "manipulate" brain activity, and it also discussed the use of "subliminal messaging" to implant false memories "Gyrfalcon," described a program to remotely control people's minds.    The document mentioned the use of "directed energy" to "manipulate" brain activity, and it also discussed the use of "subliminal messaging" to implant false memories. It could be used to transmit or send signals to a person's mind in a number of ways. For example, signals could be transmitted through the air, through the skin, or even through the skull.   The CIA's Gyrfalcon is used together with other programs or projects,  including a classified AI that is used to hack into anyone's devices, even their WBAN, to steal and collect all data possible. It is a covert hacking program that was developed by the CIA's Directorate of Science & Technology. The program has been used to hack into computers that are owned by US citizens.     Gyrfalcon was intended to "create a cognitive implant" that could be used to "induce specific emotional states, alter behavioral drives, and even implant false memories."  It uses a modern, serverless "PBX" built on Twilio and AWS lambda.
