I have wanted to make a mashup of these two songs for six years...and here it is. I'm surprised how well it works.

I own neither of these songs! "Firework" belongs to Katy Perry and "Always" belongs to Erasure (it was featured in the game Robot Unicorn Attack).

FIREWORK...ALWAYS.

I was on a super Crosby Still and Nash kick and was inspired. The vox are all quiet because I recorded this while the girl a babysit was asleep. But, if the song has a tone of stifled potential and almost yearning to be bigger, like my other music, I think the quality is somehow enhanced by the desperation. The thing is it's own, born under it's own special influences and environments. Not gunna lie I'm pretty proud of it.
