Hey guys! I've been listening to a lot of kyaami's covers lately, and this one really struck a chord with me. I remember hearing the cover for the first time in high school, and I think that it's one of the ones that really kept me interested in vocal synth ever since. In addition to hearing Omegata's amazing cover of it, I just had to do a cover. The tempo was hard to adjust for, so if I do a complete cover it might just be of the original Meltdown. Happy birthday Claudio! Officially three years old (the years in between a leap year don't count). Probably the first Vocaloid song I ever heard, so I'm happy to finally make a cover for it.

So it's been a while, and I still haven't released any additional Claudio banks....I promise that they are in the works. I'm hoping to kick production into high gear in a few months, so I want to at least release one bank this year. No promises as to which one that will be yet. I've had a bunch of different language samples recorded as a part of various experiments, so I thought I would release something with them for Claudio's birthday. It took me a while, but I finally feel confident enough to say that this experiment is on the tracks for release. 2,140 recorded files later, here's the first full demo for a French VCV bank; needless to say, my throat was pretty sore after all that recording (not looking forward to how much otoing this needs =__=). I'm planning on releasing this bank in stages: the first stage with full CVVC configurations, and a few VCV configurations done. Afterwards, over time, I'll continually update the oto to include all VCV configurations necessary for full French VCV. Until I can release the full bank, hope you guys enjoy the demos I put out! 
PS: The reclist still needs a bit of work, and I'm trying to get most problems fixed before releasing it. I'll release it as soon as I can!

EDIT: The mystery language is Quechua! This is a native South American language, spoken by about 8-10 million people. My Quechua is still not very good, so I could only get a small part translated here. Maybe someday I can cover a full song in Quechua, but that's still a ways away.

One of my favorite songs, I've tried covering it a bunch of times, but each time I felt a little iffy about saying I was done with it. I wanted to do something sort of big, so I guess this counts? The only voicebank being released today is my Esperanto bank, sorry that I take so long to release anything. With the Spanish, I tried showing the versatility that I'm trying to give my new Spanish bank. This is how Spanish sounds (ish) in my family's hometown, which I haven't seen many UTAU that try to reflect this pronunciation. Hope you enjoy this!

Making progress on otoing the monster that is this bank, plus a reclist release here (finally lol). 【Claudio VCV】Doors  -Acoustic Guitar Ver. - 【UTAU Cover Français】+UST and Reclist

After 6 months in development, I'm releasing a demo for my spanish CVVC bank, just to give people an idea of what it is that I'm trying to make. I've tried also to stay relatively close to "normal" CVVC in terms of the otoing and how the notes are organized, but I've tried to make it as simple as possible while still maintaing phonological accuracy. I'm working on a description of the bank, plus an explanation as to why I chose to design the bank this way, I'll link it down below. I'd very much appreciate it if people could try this bank out and give me some feedback on it, although it is a pretty big file size. I will warn you that many notes are still un-otoed, but I'll occasionally release updated otos, if people are interested. Also, keep in mind that this is basically as reduced as I can make this bank, so sorry again for the large file size.
About the song now, I actually modified my original Titanium ust to fit the spanish version of the song (which took my lazy ass forever to do). The current ust is based of my spanish reclist, but if you modify it and want to distribute it, please go ahead. I modified certain portions in the mixer, but it's not really a huge part. Hope you enjoy it! or at least like the ust, haha!

Alors que je suis retourné à UTAU il fallait que je fasse quelque demo avec Français VCV. Cette fois c'est une de mes chansons préférées du VIDEOCLUB. Au futur j'aimerais bien faire cover de "Amour Plastique", mais il n'y a plus qu'à attendre ce moment.

Here's a cover to prove that I am still working on French VCV lol. There are a lot of samples, but I'm going slow and steady. Cornelia from the FRAloids makes an appearance here, I love her clear pronunciation and beautiful voice. The instrumental track for this cover comes from two different karaoke versions of "Enfance 80", which I felt made up for the weaknesses of the other ones. One of them is by the lovely Marietta NDL on YouTube, but the other one seems to have been taken down. If you know who created this instrumental track, please let me know so I can credit them!
