Imagine being innocent of any wrongdoing. That is the definition of blameless. When Jesus was asked about the most important commandment to follow, He replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” As Christians, we have the ability to love God and others through Christ out of the overflow of our hearts. What an awesome reminder that "All who believe in the Lord Jesus will be considered blameless when Jesus Christ returns!"

Blameless...Amen!

We all do it. Sometimes it is in front of people and for some of us, we do it when we are alone. We like to talk to ourselves. The question is what are we talking to ourselves about? Are we reminding ourselves of God's promises or filling our mind with negative thoughts that are not supported by the Bible? If you can't get along with yourself, how difficult it is going to be to get along with others? Let's be reminded that when we are "held by the grip of God," we can press forward to growing closer to Him and are reminded of His endless mercy and grace.

Talk It Over With Yourself

Building up the body of Christ is something that takes intentionality, effort and most importantly, prayer. How do we go from equipping ourselves ("supply with the necessary items for a particular purpose") to bearing fruit by pouring into the lives of others? A kind word, a spoken prayer and an open ear are all ways to connect with those God has placed in our lives. What would happen if loving others became more important than telling others how much we know? After all, "people don't care how much we know, until they know how much we care."
