Miguel Casas has been selecting records for 20 years. His renowned music collection follows a fundamental argument: the flow of bodies and minds. 

The variety of sounds combined with his taste for details and sound surprises transform his dj sets into a tribute to the most underground culture of the international electronic music movement.

Miguel gives us his full range of musical influences on the dance floor, which understands no borders, no races, no labels. Miguel grew up in Las Palmas, where his warm and friendly Canarian character, always present in his music, was forged. When he moved to Madrid to study, he discovered the capital's scene at a unique moment, the change of the millennium, which flooded Madrid's clubs with all kinds of electronic sounds that Miguel allowed himself to be inspired with to delight us at present with his elegant and varied selections.

Miguel usually starts with an aperitif (sound) of tribal rhythms and African percussions and chants, seasoned with elegant cascades of electronic effects and exquisite samples of old vinyls found in his travelled suitcase. His mixes make us remember, imagine and project sensations thanks to some minimalist grooves and bass lines, which will not let you (stop/stay) still for a second.

Thanks to his eclectic richness, Miguel delights us every time with the best of house music as a concept. Always with reminiscences of the Chicago and Detroit sound, his sets serve us as a musical seminar, in which Miguel can guide us through the UK sound in the London raves and clubs of the late 90's, under the shelter of the warmest and most hallucinogenic Acid House, for minutes later inviting us to go through the door of the most elegant minimalist rhythms, cooked in the exclusive kitchens of the French electronic scene. In this sound journey we will also visit the birthplace of the most atmospheric techno-house, born in the humid basements of Berlin and destined to emerge and evolve as an obligatory soundtrack from the German capital. 

One of its identity signs are the stylistic turns we find during its sessions, in which the lovers of the most danceable Jazz, the defenders of the most authentic Hip Hop or the unconditional ones of the most rowdy Funky will enjoy the blend of all these genres. 

With his new facet as a live dj and producer, Miguel adds value to his sets that takes us on a new journey through the dance floors of yesterday, today and always, combining melodies and samples along with his own bases and rhythms. A real delight and a musical experience.
