Though this track was done before Lou Reed died you can view it as Claptone's way to get everyone to remember him and all the great people we lost  in 2013. We all know Belgians for their chocolate but Mickey takes the sweetness of this track to a higher level. And not in a corny way. On the contrary, in a delicate, elegant, thoughtful way just as we know the Belgian producer. For „Sweet Baby” he carefully doses the beeps and clicks with a bit of a dreamy vibe, topped of with intriguing vocals from heaven.. 

Yes, Mickey is back on Exploited. His labeldebut „Walk Away" went straight into the Beatport Deephouse Top 10. „Sweet Baby” is definitely one that will stick, figuratively of course.

Outcross Records label head Miguel Campbell is proud to present new EP ‘Free Falling’, alongside talented vocalist and long-term collaborator Beccs Lott. Scheduled for release on July 27th, it continues’ Outcross’ prolific 2015 apace, following an impressive run of EPs from Iain O’Hare, MAM and Italian producer TBoy.

Having previously joined forces on ‘Not That Kind of Girl’ on Hot Creations back in 2012, it’s clear to see that Miguel and Beccs Lott’s collaborative sound has not only tightened, but assumed a level of depth and maturity that only develops from a real understanding of each other as artists. Title-track ‘Free Falling’ is a case in point, fus-ing Miguel’s bright, soulful production work with Lott’s soothing vocal tones, while on ‘Run With Me’ - a track full of verve and colour - Miguel taps into his signature, disco-inspired brand of classic house.

Miguel has been galvanised by the house music scene since the early 90's and has also been a DJ since that time. Miguel began producing his own music as one 'half' of the underground duo HCB.

In 2006 he founded his own label Outcross Records, which became a home for his music. Teaming up with fellow Leeds resident Matt Hughes to form MAM, a duo that has remixed the likes of the Imany, Deadmau5 and Flight Facilities, as well as putting out releases via Wolf+Lamb, Future Classic and Outcross itself.

​In 2010 he became the newest addition to the Hot Creations team and went on to pick up international recognition, capturing the imaginations of party people the world over.

Miguel's forward march continues as he refuses to relent, working on more music, including recent remixes for Basement Jaxx & RÜFÜS and continuing to travel to foreign shores, spreading his unique brand of funk around the world.
