For those who don't know, the Video Game Music Academy launched this 21-day Composition Challenge in which you're required to compose at least 2-4 bars of music everyday in order to build up a habit out of it.

This is basically the work that I've been doing.

21-Day Composition Challenge (all of them made in about 1 or 2 hours)

some happy 8-bit music. again made at work, I'll have days off from Thursday finally. it's amazing how bad my mixing is compared to everyone else's in the challenge

DAY 3 (this one's not that bad)

little bad guy 8-bit track. then they beat him

emotional description of the track: it's all good, not really though but ok yeah it's fine

wanted to compose something with fewer notes than I normally do and ended up doing this

DAY 7

this is the track (read comments within the track to get a bit more of the story hehe): two 18 y/o boys are surfing, they're having a great time. next day early in the morning they realise they've got a test at college that day, of course they didn't prepare for it and they do terribly bad, but still they've got hope they'll pass

I composed the first half of this in my head while going back home extremely drunk with my friend Fufi one night but never programmed it before. I listened to the original recording I made like a year ago on my phone today and I laughed so loud, I was genuinely pissed when I recorded it. the second half of it just came to my mind after thinking of what to do after that "bluesy" sounding track, I decided to make something fun
