ミュンヘン出身で現在はベルリンにその活動拠点を置くDJ/プロデューサーTobi Neumann。1995年にラブパレードの衝撃に触れ、31歳と言う年齢ながら職業DJとしての活動を決意した彼は、プロデュースを手がけたChicks On Speedの大成功により大きな注目を浴び、たった数年の間にヨーロッパのダンスシーンの中心に躍り出ることに成功してきた。最近では、盟友Thies Myntherと共に、Miss Kittenのプロデュースに関わる事で更にその名声に拍車をかけ、Sven Vath率いるCocoonの刺客として世界中を飛び回る忙しい毎日を送っている。
