Fragments of Synchronicity

This song is about "decomposing", one of the many phases you could go through exploring the lower world (a shamanic dimension). But, regardless of people being scared of the term "decomposition", the phase is actually very warm and gentle. The whole theme of the album Soulroot is about a shamanic journey, from when you enter to when you are out of it. Gentle Decomposition is one of the stages inside it.

The "Lower World" is a shamanic dimension in which one finds mother nature, his totem animal, and, most importantly, himself.

This song in particular represents and is heavily inspired by the beginning of a Shamanic Journey into this "Lower World", followed by different stages and phases someone will find himself by reaching this dimension.

Energy for the Spirit (or EFTS) is not just a name, but a symbol. We, like nature, are all souls wondering in our inner worlds expressing our energy, and everything we make and made is translated into art. Like a storm dancing into the wild and someone dancing by instinct, or the rain painting life on leaves like someone is painting his life on a canvas. Like nature taking care of her natural balance while someone is giving it's best saving another's life or the natural energy that comes out from the Earth like every living being has its own sound and vibration. This is the meaning of Energy for the Spirit.

My name is Albero, I see myself more as a catalyst for what is EFTS. I express my art and feel into this rational world trying to leave something eternal and ethereal behind. For as long as I can imagine I live in a constant duality between magic and technology, or instinct and rationality. Like an old soul living in a young being having in common one thing: Art.
