My Elephant Ride make cosmic and soulful indie pop. They return with the second taste off forthcoming sophomore album ‘Beyond the Skin’ due for release October 5th.

Other Side is vibrant indie pop tune that tells a tale of receiving an intriguing message from the beyond. The playful track marries percussive samples and bright synths with distorted bass and dreamy guitar.

In late 2016 the Melbourne three-piece released their debut album Into The Jungle, hailed for its sweet blend of “hazy guitars, tinkling keys and smoky vocal lines” (The Music)

The band then spent 2017 writing and producing their second full-length record Beyond The Skin. 

Recorded in varies locations between Bali and Melbourne, the group have closely collaborated to hone a more pop- oriented sound while honouring their individual idiosyncrasies.

Exploring love, gender, sexuality, faith and what lies on the other side, 'Beyond The Skin' is out October 5th on Wigwam Records.

Started in 2014 Mihra is the solo project of Chevaunne Keleher (My Elephant Ride). In late 2016 Mihra released their debut album ‘Hoping for Gold’.

The band have since been working on their follow up record ‘Girl and her Symbols’. 
A concept album, each song details an individual dream from a month long period of keeping a Carl Jung inspired dream journal.

With no exaggeration each song is a microscope into the unconscious mind ranging from mundane to spiritual.

Mihra - New Horizon

Underwater is a psych-pop meditation on the unconscious, complete with bird chirps and waterfalls. The track begins minimally with intimate vocals, tropical percussion loops and spacey backing vocal hooks, and gradually opens into an expansive sonic realm with warm synths, atmospheric guitar and sparkling falsetto.
