It's fair to say Pleasure Voyage are having a moment. Coming straight off the back of their stunning debut LP for Prins Thomas' Horisontal Mambo label last year, Budapest's hottest property have since enjoyed killer releases on MMDiscos and Pleasant Systems. Their rich vein of form continues with the Euforia EP, a deeply dreamy set of tracks made perfect for balmy summer nights. Seductive keys, heavenly flutes and gentle guitar licks combine with classic piano chords for a paradisiacal experience. Tyler Hudson is a 20 year old Sydney local gaining a reputation through his work in both the studio and serving up top notch sets across Sydney. With heavy influence from the European minimal scene, Tyler works in a way to formulate his own sound by taking collected influence from all areas and combining them into his own. Bringing you a concoction of his favourite tracks right now from some of his biggest inspirations, Tyler’s pick of the mix is ‘Velvet - Remus’, a groover that is completed due to the lush vocals layered into the track with a powerful driving bass.

Exclusive: Josh Baker - Snatch

Ever busy artist Josh Baker delivers two new tracks for OVNIE's fifth EP Space Shuttle, which features equally split works from Baker and Pelle. The Hide and Seek curator and You&Me label head Baker comes up with two housey takes that showcase what the artists has been musically cooking lately in the best possible way. The A1, Going In Lately, includes several synth lines that evoke an almost hypnotic feel. Latter is broken with the implementation of pads as well as a vocal both giving the track a housey nuance with addiction potential and making the the EP-opener already a classic. Josh's second stroke, namely the A2, which goes by the name of Snatch, comes in with a more rolling bass lines and leaves the House-metier to test Tech-House limits, still Snatch has a tremendously distinct melodic note but in comparison to the EP-opener is way more simplistically designed in the selection and arrangement of the elements. A great tune to keep things rollin'. 

Josh Baker and Pelle's split EP Space Shuttle will be released on OVNIE.
