Imagine taking an acid shot on electronically fusing the Ancient Egypt with Balkan’s folk touch? It will be hypnotic and that’s a fact for this release. 
I am finally happy to share my first EP ‘Metatron’ released for Belgade-based record label @headroom ⚡️ 

Eccentric and so unique MIJU’s first EP baby together with MKDSL crafted a dazzling sonic adventure, essentially supported with beautifully simple yet mighty melody and vocals by mystic MIJU. You will be taken as you are attending some ritual at certain spot in the world, happening at least few thousand years ago. Acid-folk-electronica can be a whole new world and these two are already riding those waves.

On the remix duties, we have Bliss Inc. who embraced the intent of trance from the original, and he didn’t mean to let go of creating an alternative psychedelic adventure. DJ Normal 4 (Aiwo label boss) is another core part of this release - he gifted us with an everlasting ride through psy-trance universe of his own.

In the end, you might have to make up your own translation of “Zek-zek dadule” chant. Or does it already sound familiar?!

EP Metatron

Metatron is inspired by Ancient Egypt's song of love, and geometrical shape - Metatron and is a first-ever EP MIJU. Besides Ancient Egypt, this track contains stripes of the Balkan in the MIJU's voice: 'zek zek dadule', which is purposeful reference to the mainstream folk culture predominating Balkans - for that it offers a touch of tradition in a funny and acidic way and yet perhaps lifting it from 'trash' to 'gold'.
