Echoes from the planet Venus have been detected and now we set off on a journey to discover the source of  these mystifying sounds.

The sun is shining, a warm breeze gently caresses our cheeks, and our flight crew make an extremely chilled out impression!

Perfekte Vorraussetzungen für einen Trip zu unserem heißen Nachbarplaneten.

Recently Martin aka @neobeo  reached Singnale from Venus.
He couldn't ignore these signs and it didn't take two light seconds to sit behind his cockpit to create the soundtrack for a wonderful, adventurous journey towards Venus.
He had to go far into the music universe to find all the tracks in a format suitable for travel, refined them with the voice of Andy Snatch, flute and other magical means so that we can now sit comfortably and buckle the seat belts according to the instructions of the crew.
Would have thought that we could still travel at Easter ......!

Kürzlich haben Martin aka ɳeoƁeơ Singnale von der Venus erreicht.
Diese Zeichen konnte er nicht ignorieren und es hat keine zwei Lichtsekunden gedauert um sich hinter sein Cockpit zu setzen um den Soundtrack für eine wunderbare, abenteuerliche Reise in Richtung Venus zu kreiren.
Er musste weit in das Musik Universum hinaus, um alle Tracks in reisetauglichem Format zu finden, hat sie mit der Stimme von Andy Snatch, Flöte und anderen magischen Mitteln so verfeinert, so das wir uns jetzt bequem setzen können und den Anweisungen der Crew gemäss die Sitzgurte anschnallen.
Wär hätte gedacht, dass wir an Ostern doch noch reisen können......!

Uns kam zu Ohren, Wien sei das „neue Leipzig“? Dieser waghalsigen These gilt es auf die Spur zu gehen – hören wir also mal ganz genau in Igelkarussell-Runde #89 mit MataHari und Volker Arnold hinein!
Die beiden Wiener sind Teil der Crews Journey to Tarab & Immer mit der Ruhe. Auf dem diesjährigen Tarmac Festival haben sie zusammen mit Düsentrieb ein legendäres Set zelebriert. Wer es noch nicht kennt - Reinhören lohnt sich.

Kurzweiliger als in ihrem 3-stündigen Mix für uns ließe sich eine Reise wohl kaum gestalten: Direkt zurück in den Sommer katapultiert, werden eure Sinne hier durch eine sorgsam abgestimmte, wohltemperierte und aufeinander aufbauende Track-Auswahl geführt. Vocals und Harmoniewechsel immer genau an der richtigen Stelle, schenken die Jungs uns einen wahrlich groovigen Einstieg in die Adventszeit.

Gerade noch rechtzeitig, um dem wiederkehrenden Wahnsinn um uns herum mit Positivität und Ausgelassenheit zu trotzen! Danke euch beiden für die wohlverdiente Auszeit 🙌

MoM, DJ based out the Andalusia’s city of Cordoba.

His first experiences with mixing tables was back in

1989 when he was attracted by acid house music and

the latest pieces on funky and disco music. His first

professional experience at a DJ booth was around

techno music at clubs like Teiker and Plató, two of the

most renowned clubs in Cordoba.

In 1993 is when he started to listen to the first deep

records through WORKS music label. During this

period is when he met a DJ with more experience,

Miguel Martín who introduced him to the richness and

depth of electronic music. The Spanish music label

CONTRASEÑA was still publishing the latest records of

electronic guitar but it also had a special connection

with the dance floors through their depth.

Miguel’s influence on MoM was such, that even years

after Miguel’s death in 2009, he created a radio show

called “mut&mut” along with the speaker Jesús

Zamora. The name of the show was a tribute to “MUT”

the name of the only maxi-single published by Miguel

Martín.

MoM ́s experience and creativity allowed him to take

on a new professional challenge: leading Pep ́s

Records marketing department in Madrid.

After a few years of working and achieving good

results he decides to create Carta de Ajuste

Comunicación ,his own Management and Marketing

agency. During this period he performed sessions in

Córdoba, Sevilla, Tarifa, Caños de Meca, Marbella,

Madrid, along with various cities around Spain.

His sessions are mainly based on house and tech-
house but in 2009 he rediscovers his passion for deep

music and starts exploring with darker sounds and

slower speeds.

This is where his Chic ́n ́deep sessions were born, full

of depth, slowing down to even 120 BPM.

The artists that are truly getting his attention in 2015 are

“I name it »vindspel« ‘cause I love to stand in nature and feel the wind around my head. To listen what he whispers to me when he rushes through the trees and plants. Also, in the interplay with the sun or the rain, the wind is very important for nature and also for me. He brings silence into my thoughts, in my head. It feels like he took all my feelings & thoughts away and leave me with my inner peace”.

Besides his work as DJ, he’s also head of Seasidetrip, a beautiful podcast series and label with plenty quality electronica. Rolandson is also resident DJ at Rituel Recordings Paris, and part of his beloved crews @slowereastside and @drosssel; the first, a collective with the purpose of spreading the world with downtempo and slowmotion music and the second, a supercollective / label made of great labels (inception-ish, yeah); @lump-rec, @casacaos, @rolandsons-seasidetrip, @slowereastside and @cosmic-awakenings are part of it, so you get the picture.

The geometry of the universe, expressed through the worship of the four directions, is one of the most important ideas of Aztec cosmology. The universe is conceived as the union of four constituent parts of the cosmos in a conceptual pivot through which heaven, the four directions of Earth and the underworld communicate along an axis mundi. Hence, the Aztec space was conceptualized as a vast horizontal disk surrounded by water and intersected by a perpendicular axis conceived as a series of layers.

The Aztecs integrated these concepts into architecture and urban design by skewing their sites clockwise from cardinal directions in order to record sunrises in autumn and winter and sunsets in spring and summer.

Wir freuen uns sehr dieses wunderschöne Weihnachtsgeschenk machen zu können! Wir sind selbst ganz aus dem Häuschen, denn den Abschluss der diesjährigen Podcast-Reihe „Auf Zu Neuen Dächern“ macht das Duo „Xique-Xique“ aus Sao Paulo, Brasilien.

Inspiriert und auch beinflusst durch das Voodoohop-Kollektiv steht das Slow-Projekt von Dunwich & Biba Graeff für die brodelnde Alternativ-Szene Sao Paulo’s.
Hypnotische Melodien, organische Rhythmen und Deep-Grooves bestimmen das Set, dass uns von Xique-Xique hier zu Weihnachten geschenkt wird. Die Produktionen des Duo’s wurden unter Anderen von „Nicola Cruz“ geremixt und Ihre Veröffentlichungen erscheinen zumeist auf dem Label „The Magic Movement“.

Wir sagen Danke! An Xique-Xique, aber auch euch. Für dieses wunderschöne Jahr 2017.

...Das war die Geschichte über die Entstehung des Namens. Entschuldigung, wenn ich da jetzt ein wenig ausgeholt habe, aber somit ist das lang gehütete Geheimnis endlich gelüftet. 
Bevor wir nun zur letzten Zusendung kommen noch einmal der Hinweis, dass ihr uns jederzeit gerne eure Fragen und Musikwünsche über Knuddels, Jappy oder ICQ zukommen lassen könnt.
Der letzte Musikwunsch kommt von unserer lieben Zuhörerin Gina aus Neukölln. Gina schreibt:

Hallo Prosetscho-FM,
meine Freunde und ich sind gerade aus der Bucht nach Hause geschippert und freuen uns jetzt auf eine gemütliche Afterhour zwischen Sekt auf Eis und Pizza von nebenan.
So sehr wir auch von der guten elektronischen Musik nicht genug bekommen konnten, wäre es super, wenn ihr unsere Afterhour mit eurem Sound begleiten könntet. Ein wenig Gitarre hier, ein bisschen Plattenknistern da und das ganze umhüllt vom Geist vergangener Zeiten.

Fühlt euch mal in den Schaum von einem frischen Weizenbier getunkt und liebste Grüße

Diesen Wunsch können wir Gina natürlich nicht verwehren und auch alle anderen da draußen an den Empfangsgeräten, schließt mal die innere Gardine und zündet ein paar Kerzen an. Schiebt noch einmal ein paar ruhige Stunden zwischen euch und den kommenden Montagmorgen und lasst uns gemeinsam den Tönen lauschen, die die Musik zu dem machte, was sie war, als Freddie Mercury noch selber Afterhours schmiss, Eltern wegen Bowie ihre Kinder David nannten, der Club27 noch nicht gegründet war und Rock´n Roll aus mehr bestand, als aus einer Cafe-Kette im Zentrum von Metropolen.

How do you describe a sound that knows no genre?
The answer is: you can’t.  His taste is colourful, timeless, genre- blind and all encompassing. His influences are as diverse as his sound is uplifting, somehow reaching for the sun in an intangible vibe you can’t quite define.
