What Happened Whit Us


I started in 1984 with a SL1200 and learned to scratch. In 1994 I did my first gig as a dj. I was nervous, but when I hit that play button on the Denon 2000, it was pure joy. I had learned how to beatmix with my SL1200, so I guess in the back of my mind it was easy for me. That night just went on and on, and when the club closed the owner asked me: "How did you get this gig?" I said the Dj that was suppose to play was sick, and he asked me to play. The owner looked at me and said: "Good! Tell him not to come back! You're hired" ......Woooow, I had goosebumps, and even tho the clock was 4 am I didn't feel tired! I just felt pure happiness and was so filled up with adrenaline! had to drive 70 km to get home, and I remember i sat and sang the whole ride home. 2012 I had to quit, due to family. But this year, 2024, I got the feelings back for the music! I have alot of lyrics I have written, some from 1998 and it's alot private emotions and personal feelings. Im struggling with mental illness, but I noticed that music had a huge effect on my health and I started to let the music speak for itself. I'm independent, so I do covers and some of my own material.
