Waiting

When someone's your world, you can feel like you live in an alternate universe when they're gone, stuck in the shadows of a past you're strapped into, in the shadows as you watch the joy and light of the present slowly fade in the the future. It's probably one of the most terrifying feelings I've ever felt, to feel stuck in reality that only exists in the fading memories of the past…you must mourn.
