humble in our semblance, our workings unconfined. is this to be abundant?
i know i feel it in the times that we’re kickin’ it together, not concerned by others’ ways.

and never getting tripped up by the ever-shrinking space between a place to mind our own and the time to meet halfway.

our fears they might be different, but the important thing i think, is that the ways that they affect us feel so wonderfully in sync.

if better days are camped across the creek - a blocked off passage and a dam upstream - we’ll just hike up both our pants, and dampen down our feet. a creek-bed’s just a hiccup, since we tried to swim the sea.

i’ll find i think about the years before we had the thought to rediscover all the threads that led to tie this handsome knot - and if we could do it different, would the line remain as taut?

i’ll never say that i was perfect, and i don’t think you could too, but lining up our timing was the best that we could do. if momentary lapses could collapse this at our feet, we’d have been crushed by all our troubles long before we’d ever meet. way back when all we did was try to figure out each other, and all we had to do was take some time to figure out ourselves.

With the exception of Episodes (an original song written by Pat Cederberg) all these songs are covers of Classic Rock tunes played almost exclusively by me and me alone - including all vocals.  As I progressed with my song selection I began asking friends to help me get the song as close to the original as possible so I recruited extremely talented guys like Kurt Jones (Gittarzan on YouTube) to play lead guitar, Sal Marino, Dave Giles & DJLCruze to play some bass lines, Robin Dalgleish and Rob Reed to play the required piano and of course, Canadian Guitarist of the Year for 5 years - Wendell Ferguson to play lead on Episodes.  I also got my daughter Meg and my wife Mona to sing on a couple of songs - where female voices were critical to the the final sound I was looking for.
