"DJ Child / Project Groundation Massive (PGM) is a long-time comrade to dead prez. His production has been noted by anyone with ears in the Hip Hop and Reggae Dancehall community. After working together on countless tracks in his Oakland, CA studio, PGM Lab, I knew that Child would create a heatrock if he could collaborate with the alchemy of the artist I had assembled for this remix. In my opinion this track is one of the dopest tracks of this year. Conceptually DJ Child murdered this remix with the clock sounds, chimes and tones. This is what you call a classic meditation. I am sure, just like me, you will have this track on repeat. We've taken the instrumentals from Real Live's 1996 underground classic 'The Turnaround' and got our blend on with some acapellas to give the album a new lease of life. As dope as the original album is, Larry O wasn't quite at the top level of New York rappers back then, but now you can hear the likes of Biggie, Kool G Rap, AZ, Raekwon, OC, Camp Lo and Lord Finesse do their thing over K-Def's beats.
