Recorded sometime in September of 2011. Just a pop cover of Alicia Keys's chorus in the song "Empire State of Mind" by Jay Z. I do not own the rights to this song nor do I have any intent of selling it. I doubt many people will hear it, so please don't sue me, whoever owns the rights. It was a fun thing that kind of just happened quickly. By the way, the comment at the end about Jay Z sucking is just a joke.

Don't ask why the outro's fucked up. I tried fixing it 15 million times. That's just how it's always going to sound. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise or something like that.

My name is Mike and I haven't had lobster in years. Sometimes I have dreams where I'm eating lobster, and much to my dismay, I always wake up hungry and unsatisfied. I curse the heavens and hells for this.
My influences include: The Strokes, Radiohead, Interpol, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Velvet Underground, The Arcade Fire, My Bloody Valentine, and Nirvana, although I'm not sure if my music sounds like any of those bands.
