This has everything new and old thrown in. I first started DJ'ing when dubstep came out over 10 years ago, so its nice to be back where my mixing began.

this is actually a remake of a mix i did four years ago which was named “Ah Man”, because i was so chuffed with it! but i have edited the playlist and made it a bit more pleasurable for your ears... i hope you enjoy.

TIDE FESTIVAL 23 MIX

So this is something that i have been working on Throughout the year.

 When i Wrote this song i was in quite a dark place. My life felt like it was slowly falling apart. I felt like i wasn't good enough. but throughout the tough times i tried to be Positive and put on a brave face, But suffering on the inside. i realised i needed to take a big step in my life. A big change to be a better person and to pursue Music as a dream. For these changes to happen i had to Change Bad Habits and leave some people behind. ones that are so called friends that i have known for a long time. for years i have depended on people to make me happy. but when they stab you in the back it leaves you no choice but to close the door on them. But i realised that i don't 'need' People to pick me up. the only person who could pick me up is myself. 

so this song is about closing the door on the Old me. The Past. and walking down this new Path that awaits. even if i have to do it on my own... Time to start making my own responsibilities, my own actions and make a positive impact to the community one way or another. 

I started with just the two chords, and the Rhythm guitar.
Then without practicing. i just grabbed the axe and started slicing where my hands wanted to. (i used to play a lot of Blues and pentatonic scales)And i remember when i played it, my Adrenaline was pumping so hard i was shaking because i knew this was it. the start of my Journey.
 I felt like everything that had happened in my life had lead to this point. i Just let it all out, emotionally through Playing. 

Please note this is still a trial and not finished i am aware of mistakes but i just wanted to show you what i have been working on. all Instruments and Production was made by myself. this is Track 1 for my E.P that will be released soon. not sure when exactly but it takes a while producing all this stuff on your own with no experience so please be patient with me.
