The build up to Gary Beck's debut album on Soma starts here with the first single, 'Before The Crash'. Gary turns out in true fashion with two massive tracks which highlight, without a doubt, his status as one of the top producers around at the moment.
Title track 'Before The Crash' filters in slowly revealing chunky house style drums peppered with a distinctive horn and completed with Garys well defined production skills. The track flows and swells perfectly with ride cymbals splashing in and out giving it power and momentum.
B side 'Hopkin' demonstrates Garys unique ability at creating music specifically designed for peak time club action. This hard hitting percussive track build with hard edged drum patterns that rattle away as a stuttered vocal sample drops in and out. A dynamic track that will no doubt cause dance floors to erupt worldwide.

UK techno giant Perc is gearing up to release a remix EP for his gargantuan cut 'Look What Your Love Has Done To Me' off his 2017 album 'Bitter Music'. In addition to creating his own VIP mix of the seven-minute dancefloor epic, Perc has tapped I Hate Models and Amelie Lens to reinterpreted what remains the biggest-selling track in the history of the artist's Perc Trax imprint.

Ahead of the three-track release on July 26, Mixmag has acquired the latter of the three remixes for a premiere. The Belgian techno phenomenon keeps the track's core drums intact while adding a deep and seductive melodic touch that gives the umbrous techno slammer a fresh spectral feel.

Klangkuenstler first made his debut on our SUM 5 VA with his massive track ‘Continuum’ and now returns for his first solo outing on Second State with two absolute bombs primed for decimating any dance floor they encounter.

‘Razor’ kicks off the EP in a concept where fierce, rapid drums and 90’s inspired leads result in a nostalgic yet modern twist to a timeless idea. The title track ‘Dunkle Illusion’ initiates the B-side by utilizing an ominous acid line with sinister intent slithers between racing percussion creating an undeniably wicked atmosphere. Wrapping up the short player is Alignment’s remix of ‘Dunkle Illusion’ which sees the original reworked into a powerful display of devilish melodics while never losing the intensity and force of the original’s character. This EP perfectly blends Techno with Rave sounds, and there is no better way to welcome Klangkuenstler to the Second State family.

The Italian born, berlin based DJ and producer, has been musically raised between Los Angeles, Tehran and Sydney and has made a name for himself with only a handful of releases. On the title track, I Am Bam uses dub techno stabs and sweeping filters to create a mesmerising track. ‘Roller’ follows with a bleeped voice and synth sound that interact with each other with great effect. Heavy pounding kicks set the tone for the next track ‘Awake’ slowly building around menacing vocals. As its name suggest ‘Acid Trip’ is a great take on acid that shows I Am Bam’s versatility as a producer and that he surely is a name to look out for.
