A song written initially for a friend who passed away 12 years ago due to an aggressive metastatic cancer. 
Earlier this year, an old friend also passed under similar circumstances, and a year ago, another friend passed from an aggressive cancer. Also in 2024 another old friend died after a very long time in medical care.

And this week my Father passed away. While he was 89, we still hoped his life would be longer.

All were good men taken far too soon. 
And all of them had music play a huge part of their lives. 

This one's for them. Miss you, David, Woody, Mike, Marc and Dad. 

Fuck Cancer. Fuck heart disease. Fuck getting old.
