So now it turns out that the FBI knew all about the accused Boulder shooter, but paid no attention to the obvious warning signs until police say the rabidly anti-American immigrant from Syria murdered 10 U.S. citizens in the supermarket.

“The suspect’s identity,” the New York Times reported, “was known to the FBI because he was linked to another individual under investigation by the bureau, according to law enforcement officials.”

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before.

The Famous But Incompetent FBI likewise knew all about accused shooter Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa’s fellow Muslim immigrants who committed mass murder, like the Tsarnaev brothers — but did nothing until those welfare-collecting “asylees” blew up the Boston Marathon.

The FBI also had early warnings about the Muslim terrorists who shot up the gay nightclub in Orlando, the Christmas party in San Bernardino, Fort Hood, the cartoon-drawing contest in Texas … and yet the G-men sat on their soft hands until scores of Americans were murdered in cold blood.

But it’s not only foreign Muslim terrorists the FBI can’t be bothered lugging. It’s domestic killers as well.

For instance, in 2018 the FBI’s national tip line got a 13-minute-long earful from the aunt of the Parkland High shooter Nikolas Cruz — but did nothing until 17 people were gunned down.

Remember serial killer Gary Sampson? Before he murdered three innocent men in 2001, he called the FBI office in Boston from a pay phone in Abington and offered to turn himself in on some unsolved bank robberies.

But it was a Friday afternoon, so the FBI “disconnected” his call and didn’t bother to pick him up. The next day, Sampson started his two-state carjacking murder spree.

This is Your FBI, as the old radio show used to begin. 

But there have been some cases that the FBI has been on top of:

Police raids took place in LGBT establishments in Moscow. According to eyewitnesses, the events took place in clubs and saunas under the pretext of searching for drugs, and visitors’ passports were photographed. In addition, the oldest gay club in St. Petersburg announced its closure. On November 30, the Russian Supreme Court declared the LGBT movement extremist and banned its activities.
On the night of December 2, the police raided a nightclub on Malaya Yakimanka in Moscow during an LGBT party, the Telegram channel “Caution, Moscow” reported . According to the channel, about 300 people attended the event; police raided the establishment under the pretext of searching for drugs. Several visitors were detained.

“In the middle of the party, they stopped the music and [the police] started entering the halls. There were also citizens of other countries at the party. On the way out they took photographs of passports without permission to do so. The scheme was worked out, this is how similar clubs in St. Petersburg were closed. Someone is panicking,” said one of the guests of the establishment.

The channel later reported that all participants were released when their passports were photographed.

“I thought that’s it, I’ll be imprisoned for 12 years. We didn’t understand, 300 of us stood naked, wearing only shorts, and waited for our clothes to be brought out. And no one understood what was happening,” said a party participant in a conversation with the Telegram channel “Caution, News” .

Similar raids took place in other thematic establishments. According to Caution, Moscow , they began around 22:00 Moscow time on December 1. Law enforcement officers checked a club near the Avtozavodskaya metro station and a strip club for men near the Polyanka station. The administration of the establishments warned visitors in advance about the police visit. The check also took place in a bar near Chistoprudny Boulevard.

“There was an ordinary party, the owner comes out and says that within an hour people in uniform will come in connection with the recent law. Within 20 minutes, the dance floor began to empty,” said eyewitnesses.

In addition, the administration of the establishment reported that a popular singer was supposed to perform at the bar, but she refused the event. The message does not specify who we are talking about.

According to the channel, raids also took place in “LGBT saunas.” In particular, security forces came to the men's premium bathhouse near Tsvetnoy Boulevard.

“Everything is going on like a regular drug raid. No violations were detected, but the mood was spoiled. It was indelicate in the sauna, with show masks, they put everyone face down,” eyewitnesses told Beware, Moscow .

LGBT clubs are closing
On the evening of December 1, the Central Station club in St. Petersburg announced its closure. The Fontanka publication called it “one of the oldest gay clubs in St. Petersburg.”

“Unfortunately, the site we rented refused to allow us to work due to the law. We apologize, we are no longer working,” says a message on the club’s VKontakte page.

Recently the club was located on Konyushennaya Square, where it moved after the spring police raids on Dumskaya Street. In March of this year, about 20 establishments were sealed on Dumskaya and Lomonosova streets, and 13 bars were closed in April. According to the Investigative Committee , this was done as part of an investigation into a criminal case involving teenagers in the systematic use of alcohol.

Israel has set up a 'Hamas Massacre' website featuring graphic photos and videos of the October 7 attack as it vows to 'document the horrors of that day'. 

The terror began when Hamas gunmen descended upon the Nova music festival near Kibbutz Re'im on motorised paragliders and in pick-up trucks, massacring around 260 revellers and capturing hostages.

The black and yellow website features chilling photos of people partying the day before, alongside gruesome footage and images of dead bodies. 

Pictures of the brutal Kibbutz Be'eri attack that saw more than a 100 of its 1,100 community members tortured and slaughtered are also included, as well as photographs of bedrooms drenched with blood. 

An image of the charred remains of babies and video of a man who has lost a limb are also featured.

The infamous tent filled with bodies of festivalgoers also serves as a stark reminder of the attack that started a bloody war that has seen more than 1,400 Israeli deaths and 9,061 killed in Gaza.

Israel posted on its X account: 'Viewer discretion advised: some of you may have seen clips and images of the horrific war crimes committed by Hamas on October 7th. A new website archives all of this footage. 

'We know it's difficult to watch, but it is even more heart wrenching for the victims and the families of these heinous crimes. Please RT this and help us make sure that the world knows what happened.'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that Israeli forces had pushed further in than the outskirts of Gaza City in their assault on Hamas terrorists in the northern half of the Gaza Strip.

Ground battles flared again the previous night in northern Gaza as Israeli troops sought to destroy Hamas, the Islamist movement that controls the territory.

The Israeli army chief of staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, said troops were inside Gaza, besieging Gaza City and 'deepening infiltration' of Hamas-held areas.

The Israeli army is seeking to free around 240 hostages, both civilians and troops, captured by Hamas during the assault.

Some 332 soldiers have already died in the October 7 attacks and in the Israeli offensive the Hamas assault triggered.

Now gruelling urban warfare lies ahead deeper inside Gaza, where Hamas is fighting from a tunnel network spanning hundreds of kilometres.  

Global concern has risen sharply over Israel's response, in which the army says it has struck more than 12,000 targets so far.

Special concern has focused on repeated heavy strikes on Gaza's largest refugee camp - densely populated Jabalia, north of Gaza City - where explosions brought down residential buildings.

To incite the Civil War in America was the most cherished dream of the Russian Ruling Mafia (under whatever names and titles they go) for decades. This prospect was and is feverishly discussed at their various "scientific" and pseudo-political forums. 

I do not believe that it will ever happen but they came dangerously close in transforming this fantasy into the reality. They cultivated their Fifth Columns with great care, devotion, patience, hope, and the generous financial injections. 

The Russian spies, agents, hoodlums, and others, all sorts of garbage invisibly saturated the American social, political, and economic lives. 

Brooklyn New York is their capital, where they practice their creeping Sovietization. 

And now, I have to say with pain and anger, the US Intelligence Community, and first of all FBI, have to deal with this unprecedented situation. This issue and problem exploded into our faces, and it cannot be more obvious, and it cannot be ignored. No more denials, no more neglect, no more accommodations, no more willful blindness. This is the "Hybrid" Intelligence War. 

The security strategies with regard to this threat have to be reviewed, re-conceptualized, and reassessed. It has to be done IN DEPTH, as I called for many times, although I am not a professional in this area. 

This is a wake-up call. It has to be answered. We must wake up. 

The problems and tasks have to be clearly formulated, and the proper actions have to be taken.

Law enforcement officials say they are moving from the so-called low-hanging fruit arrests and charges to more complicated cases, focusing on
the extremist groups

that participated in the attack.
That effort will take months to try to piece together, in part, because unlike some of the early arrests of suspects — who gleefully posted on social media or even live-streamed their involvement — many alleged attackers took pains to hide their identities and their involvement.

Hundreds of more arrests are still expected, officials have said.

Prosecutors have said in detention hearings they are working on bringing seditious conspiracy charges — a prospect that Washington, DC, acting US Attorney Michael Sherwin raised publicly early on.

But with a new administration now running the Justice Department, taking such a major step on a rarely used law would likely require sign-off from the
new Biden administration officials

at Justice headquarters.
For now, the department is led by acting Attorney General Monty Wilkinson and acting Deputy Attorney General John Carlin. It’s unclear whether they would want to be the ones to sign off on sedition charges, with Senate confirmation likely still weeks away for Judge Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco, Biden’s picks for the top two jobs. If department officials decide to wait for Garland to arrive, it could slow the work underway.

The Civil War-era law brings up to 20-year penalties for plotting to overthrow the US government and to use force to oppose US government authority or to delay the execution of a US law. Last summer, amid street protests following the police killing of George Floyd, then-Attorney General William Barr encouraged federal prosecutors to use the law against leftist protesters, a move that no one made.

The most recent use of the law came during the Obama administration, but a judge dismissed seditious conspiracy charges against members of a militant group in Michigan that had discussed attacks against federal and local authorities, because they hadn’t done enough to directly attempt to thwart the federal government.

The law was used successfully in 1995 against Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman and a group who plotted to destroy landmarks in New York. And in the 1980s, a Puerto Rican separatist was sent to prison on seditious conspiracy and other charges for a campaign of bombings.

Garland and Monaco both have government experience confronting domestic terrorism.

In 1995, Garland — then a senior official at the Justice Department in Washington — flew to Oklahoma City to supervise the aftermath of the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, at the time the deadliest domestic terror attack in the country’s history.

Monaco, who has led the Justice Department’s National Security Division, was only weeks into a position as then-President Barack Obama’s chief adviser on homeland security and counterterrorism when two self-radicalized Boston brothers planted two bombs on the parade route of the city’s marathon.

The Boston bombing and other jihadi-inspired attacks were the most pressing concern for counterterrorism authorities at the time, but Monaco also played a leading role in some of the earliest instances of what would become a wave of White supremacist threats, like the 2015 massacre at one of the oldest Black churches in the country, Charleston’s Mother Emanuel.
