Catching my breath and lightening my load for the next leg of the journey. An emptying of all the words and worlds unwritten and unexplored. 

I have been living with undiagnosed mental illness for at least 35 years (39 yrs old). That has recently changed (the undiagnosed part) and interventions are being applied. 

I am a father and husband, son, brother, friend, and ex-husband (and at some points ex-son, ex-brother, ex-friend - but NEVER ex-father). 

Now for the run-on. 

These creative expressions have always been my way of making sense of the world around me and can hopefully help others either feel that they're not alone in their internal struggles, OR for those living with ones like us, that they're not alone in the struggles we create.
