In my record buying days, I came across this gifted KMEL mixer who happened to be the hip hop record buyer for the now defunct Tower Records. At times, he would share his musical knowledge and records with his customers--including myself. In this short snippet, his talent is on display. I wanted to share this mix since I started another blog dedicated to archiving radio mixes from the 80s and early 90s.
